We're a SAUCE-OBSESSED family.  Oftentimes the food is merely the delivery method for the sauce.  Even our one year old eats chicken nuggets just for the ketchup.  We started the quest for the perfect hot sauce about six years ago.  We wanted something with just enough heat, and a flavor that would compliment pretty much anything edible.  Countless nights of tinkering (and major messes) in the kitchen resulted in concoctions that were too hot, not hot enough, too salty, too peppery, too oily, too "eh", until finally we hit the "OMG that sauce is the FIRE!" moment, and Lane Flame was created.  It's good on everything.  Seriously.  Pizza, wings, eggs, grits, pork chops, fries, grilled chicken, potato salad, Bloody Marys...  we've even seen Lane Flame fans put a few drops in beer!  If you eat it, try some Flame on it.  We love this sauce (and it's hotter older brother, the GHOST PEPPER version), and we love the events where we get to use it the most...  tailgates, beach bar-b-ques, grilling with family and friends on the porch, pizza and movie night...  Good food, good friends, GREAT sauce.  Our favorite things.
